I found this great tutorial in blogland on how to make a portfolio. Unfortunately, I don't remember where so if it rings a bell with anybody please email me with link so I can share with you. The lady gave good instructions and I think it's a cute project. I made it a while back but realized that I never shared it with you, so here it goes:
This picture is a little dark but I don't have time to take it again. The little box at right is made with the scallop envelope die from Sizzix (available through SU!). I want to take some time to attract your eyes on both glittered accents. The one on the portofolio is made with Dazzling Diamonds from Stampin' Up! and the one on the little box is with Stickles... can you see the difference? The one on the portfolio is much more refined and even compared to the one of the box. I much prefer using Dazzling Diamonds on bigger surfaces; I find it's less "globby". Just click on the picture to view full size and see what I mean.
This is what the inside of the portfolio looks like. I made some dividers and started identifying them with the round tab punch...it's a work in progress.
Isn't it cute? Whoever thought of that is a genius and i hope I find who it was! Have a great Sunday! CeeCee
